| About UsPlentiful Harvest is a supplemental food pantry operating as an outreach ministry of Calvary Chapel | Concow. We are all in this together – and we are glad you are visiting our site. Our MinistryCalvary Chapel | Concow is blessed to minister to the communities of Concow, Cherokee and Yankee Hill. We have been encouraged by the mentorship of Ridge Presbyterian Church and their pantry His Cupboard as well as The Hope Center in Oroville. A Simple Gesture in Paradise/Magalia has also been an inspiration to us.We exist as 'neighbors helping neighbors'. We have patterned our pantry after the successful Paradise/Magalia food collection program: A Simple Gesture. Those who are able to help others provide the food to help their neighbors. Plentiful Harvest exists because of the generosity of those neighbors who contribute. Families needing assistance may complete an eligibility application. For more information, please email: plentiful.harvest@yahoo.com. The pantry will be open once a month. Registered families will be notified of the date of
distribution in advance so they can pick up their supplemental
groceries. Participants getting help from Plentiful Harvest MUST
apply and then call in (on Wednesday prior to the Saturday distribution) to reserve your supplemental groceries. At this time, participants in the program may pick up once month. Applications must be received by the 10th of the month. The eligibility cycle last 3 months. At this time, our donations allow us to serve 20 families. Plentiful Harvest Food Pantry Coordinators |
